Stamps
Five weeks project; at The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts School of Architecture, Design and Conservation School. Stamps for Post Denmark, 2010 January 2009.
I was told to create two stamps for the official Post delivery service in Denmark. The theme for the stamps and the philitaly was Camping. My idea was to paint two stamps, that really express my own personal feelings and experiences with camping. Therefore I have chosen to focus on the fantastic nature you experience when you are camping.
I have made the two stamps with watercolors and collage. The expression is naïve and friendly, exactly as I consider free camplife, a feeling of being a small part of nature.
